The Catholic Truth Society have published an excellent new title: "A Way of Life for young Catholics". Written by Fr Stephen Wang, it offers advice on living the Catholic faith, prayer, holiness, confession, chastity, and vocation. Many of the sections are in the form "Five essentials of Catholic life", "Five ways to sanctify your home or room" etc. I have just ordered a set for the Confirmation candidates in my parish and am revising the Confirmation programme to use the excellent material in this pamphlet.
Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old.

Looks fab!
Sounds a little like A Young Man's Guide, which I loved, even though it's 100 years old!
I was lucky enough to get an advance look at this pamphlet - it's really good: simple, down to earth, but challenging. We're going to give one to each of our upper sixth as part of a school retreat...
I like Fr Wang, he is a very good Priest. He recently celebrated 10 years as a Priest, and long may he go on.
Sounds good and so, so necessary. Is the author Elizabeth Wang's son? He can't have been ordained ten years already? Really?! I'm getting old, Father. I wouldn't have believed it was time for another (excellent) Faith magazine and yet here it is. Now my challenge is to get as far as the book reviews before the next issue arrives...
Yes, that's right - Fr Stephen is Elizabeth' son and he has been ordained 10 years.
Hope you get to the book reviews - I have one in this issue :-)
Hook, line and sinker, Father!
