Hand Illuminated Altar Cards

If you need a set of Altar Cards, Breviarium Romanum now offers you a set of free copies of hand illuminated altar cards. Don't use the one above which is just a low-res example to illustrate this post. Go to the original site and download the high-res versions, prepared over six months by the mother of a priest; print them out and frame them. Suggested donation is $30 for the support of a Catholic family.

Bah humbug! I don't have a favourite Christmas tree ornament. When I find a spare five minutes, I put the tree up and throw a few decorations on it. It's rather like a scene out of Absolutely Fabulous.

OK then, if I get time to do this before Thursday, I'll photograph one of the ornaments that is in the box I get down from the loft and explain why it is my favourite.

Probably because it reminds me of the advantages of Woolworths which has now gone bust LOL.
