Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old.
I was very sorry to hear from Jackie Parkes that she has, for personal reasons, deleted her blogs. Jackie did some great service as a blogger, campaigning for the family, for chastity and in support of the great work of the Birmingham Oratory.
Sorry to hear that. I will miss her blog. She did drop by my blog from time to time. Hope that we can still keep in touch. May God bless her and her family.
Dear Father Finigan aka the Hermeneuticalness of Oxford,Rome and Blackfen too
On Tuesday,October 21,2008 you took a beautiful picture of the sunrise at about 7.15am on your way to say Mass in the usus antiquior at St Peter's in Rome.
On October 25,2008 Jackie Parkes blog gave us a beautiful picture of the sunrise over England "Jam lucis orto sidere"
Jackie's picture narrowly got my vote, and we will greatly miss her SOS CHRISTIAN ARTS LIFT 999 contributions.
It's sad, I think, when good people take down good blogs when they think the time has come to stop publishing new material in this medium.
Unless a you're convinced that you've written something that is harmful when taken as a whole, you ought to leave your blog up. You never know who might read a post months or years later (and long after you've forgotten all about it) and gain great good from it. Take it down when you're done blogging, and that good will never happen.

On October 25,2008 Jackie Parkes blog gave us a beautiful picture of the sunrise over Modern England "The morning star has risen"
Our Lady's inspired English ARTS LIFT FOCUS October 25,2008 has sadly been lost to all 24/7 bloggers international, but it has not been forgotten.
Our Lady of the Rosary pray for us in "Responding to the Tablet" international development times Amen.
I'm very sorry, and sad to hear the news. I just found out when I tried to visit her on my list. :( Jackie, take care. You'll be in my prayers here in Omaha NE. Please come by my ol' blog sometime. I'd love to hear from you every once in a while. God bless and keep you and your lovely family. Peace around and within, susie

Rosa Mystica ora pro nobis!
She is going to be missed!
Come back, Jackie! Maybe one of your ten can help you out!
Indeed, Jackie has been, and continues to be, a great witness to the Gospel.
