Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old.
Well we were discussing the gender wars and the current methods of teaching science this evening so this fits in to a certain extent. As Patty says at the Tangled Blog, "I'm not laughing at them...I'm laughing with them..."
Looks like an excerpt from one of those American teen series like 'Friends' etc...(sorry guys in the States but you do seem to churn this 'pap' out by the ton).
Hopeless, but no reflection of blondes - Mac calm down.
No offense taken. "Pap" is what we do over here! If you think I'm kidding, just watch Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), and her "friends" in that august body, "debate".
Methinks that your 'Bastion of Elected Political Heavyweights' The House, is much the same as our British Parliament. Should you ever wish to listen to the so-called 'debates' on matters of grave national importance that go on in our House of Commons especially Prime Ministers Question Time, you would be treated to nothing less than a rowdy 'bun fight' by a bunch of overgrown (and overweight) school boys!
What a way to run a modern democracy - no wonder this country is going nowhere - fastly! (that's my answer to 'funner').
God Bless and by the way I love being in the States!

*Ahem*
I don't seem to recall any gender wars... but I am plotting my revenge for this one...
Taking the bovine theme further could one say 'What a load of b*llocks?'
Is there such a word as 'Funner'???

Aha! George, it was the veiled reference to "teaching Science" which has me plotting my revenge...

Michael - thanks for your 'charitable' remark :-)
