According to The Church, it is the responsibility of parents. An "Inalienable" right, we are told.
So, there we have it.
I have just removed my daugher from local authority sex ed classes, aged 9. It means I am now really unpopular with our Parish priest and our local head, when in fact, I could have been both their greatest allies.
C'est la vie.
