I have just added
The Pulp.it to the blogroll. The blog has two updates on normal days and one on Sundays and feast days, giving about a dozen links to stories of interest. I find these sort of blogs helpful to have on the news reader. Congratulations on the clever URL, too!
I thought that an illustration or two might be in order. The above pulpit is from the Church of Our Lady in Bruges. The two below are from Churches in Krakow. Pulpits - good thing!

Yes too bad they're mostly no longer used.
More pulpits, please.
Maybe one with Father Briggs in it.
Preaching about Mgr Talbot.
Or Blessed Pius IX.
For a change,
Was in the Bruges Church 32 years ago - it's an incredible place - they all are - every fourth building seems to be a Church - it's like stepping into eternity!

ALL CATHOLICS PLEASE SUPPORT FR MILDEW & TRY HIS QUIZ http://michaelclifton.blogspot.com/2010/11/christmas-quiz-plus-prince-andrew-and.html
Thank you very much for the useful link, Father. I have clicked on to a blog I would never normally visit and have read a fascinating piece:
"The New Polytheism and its Tempter Idols" on the Sandro Magister chiesa blog.
Re unused pulpits, for the first time ever the pulpit in my church is unused by the (new) priest, who prefers to walk up and down the nave waving his arms around during the homily.
Sob.
Off topic. Well done, OTSOTA, for the flurry of late entries to Fr. Mildew's quiz.
