The Guild of Blessed Titus Brandsma will be holding its next meeting at Blackfen on Saturday 18 February 2012. Here are the details:
10:30am Low Mass (Our Lady’s Saturday)We had a bit of a discussion about whether to have the meeting at Blackfen again. Some were worried that it might be imposing on our hospitality. That is certainly not a problem: I am more than happy to host such a group and there are plenty of people here who are willing to help out. From my side, I was worried that Blackfen is a little out of the way, and I didn't want to hog the show, but others said that they liked coming here last time and wanted to come again. The next meeting will probably be elsewhere so that it is fairer to people who don't live in London and the South East.
11:00am Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with Confession, followed by Benediction
12:00pm Talk by Fr Sam Medley SOLT: “Blogging as an instrument of ecclesial communion”
1:00pm Lunch (donations welcome)
2:30pm Informal meeting of the Guild
3.30pm Final prayers and departure

If anyone would like to come but has problems over expenses for train fares etc. just let me know (in the strictest confidence - email info@blackfencatholic.org.) The lunch is provided on a donations basis so if you have already had to shell out to get here, you don't need to give anything, and those who have a bit of spare cash can cover the cost: given the normal generosity of people the parish isn't going to lose out.

Father is it quicker to take the Eurostar down south to Le Blackfen, or is the ferry ok?
I'd advise taking a chopper - we have a reasonably large flat roof over the sacristy.

Can the chopper land in the exercise yard at Belmarsh or the like in emergencies?
I discovered this morning that DS Stewart Dawson of the Met's Professional Standards 0208 649 1073 is dealing with this case of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, and that their ref PC 6723/11 was still flagged as being sub judice .
My Solicitor Paul Macauley can confirm that I was aquitted of both of the charges referred to in my complaint to the IPCC REF 2011/020486 at Greenwich Magistrates Court on January 5th 2012.
The focus on this Criminal case is also directly connected to the defence in the Civil Law case Orbit South Housing Association v Roy Hobson Claim No 1DA02826 which is at the heart of the £128 Million Larner Road Regeneration scheme. The lack of progress by the IPCC and the Met's Professional Standards means that the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice now seriously threatens to spill over in to the Civil Law System where I have a deadline for the preparation of a fully particularised defence to be served in compliance with Civil Procedure Rule 16.5 by 4pm on the 26th January 2012.
I am urgently in need of legal advice (legal aid required) to assist in me with this Civil Law Issue, but I cannot find a legal aid practitioner who doesn't have a conflict of interests, as the giant Orbit Housing Association are clients of many legal firms dealing with housing.
Two Civil Law Solicitors have turned me down today, and in desperation I will be queueing up tomorrow morning outside Erith Law Centre from approx 9.30am in the hope that I will be in the first 10 in the queue, and can thus get some legal advice that will help me prevent yet another miscarriage of justice 1991-2012.
