Clergy pilgrimage to Catholic Bavaria

BasilikaOttobeurenHauptschiff02

Fr Armand de Malleray FSSP is organising a clergy pilgrimage to Catholic Bavaria from 7-11/12 May this year. Sometimes I get particularly frustrated because of the busyness of life in a one-man parish and regret not being able to go to all the good events that are available. I would love to be able to go on this. As a priest, I particularly appreciate the considerate note: "As a matter of course priests may offer daily Mass using the Missal of their choice."

Here is a link to the full details of the Pilgrimage.

Don't worry too much Father, the itinerary suggests that they are rather going to Swabia and Bavarian Swabia, not Bavaria...

Would it be at all possible for a supply priest to cover the week? Perhaps a retired priest from up north who wants a holiday in London?

I'm from Australia so I don't know anything.

The pilgrimage is highly recommended. Ottobeuren in particular is for me the most wonderful church in Europe. It was designed to be "A glimpse of heaven" and is truly magnificent.
The bland exterior gives no hint of the wondrous interior.

Nice, that comment about missals. I was trying to arrange for a religious priest I know to make his annual retreat with some traddy religious of the same religious family, thinking it would be a good retreat for him and at the same time good for the relationship between the two groups. My acquaintance doesn't say the old rite, and when I asked the community representative if it would be a problem if his private Masses were NO, I got a very friendly and cheerful answer that let me understand that it would be a problem. :/
