Stratford Caldecott appointed editor for Sophia Institute Press
Prolific writer and long time contributor to the project of ressourcement in Catholic writing, Stratford Caldecott has been appointed editor for Sophia Institute Press. This is a great appointment; Sophia produce many well produced and well chosen titles.
Stratford founded the Centre for Faith and Culture in Oxford in 1994, in co-operation with T&T Clark. He founded the journal Second Spring with the help of Fr Fessio. Initially, it was a supplement in Catholic World Report, then it became an independent journal and will now be published by Sophia. Stratford is also an editor of Communio and The Chesterton Review, and works on the Editorial Board of the Catholic Truth Society which has gone from strength to strength in recent years.
