Dear Fr
I have prayed for you at Mass today and hope the Lord will strengthen you in the persecution you have suffered. Your work on your blog is wonderful and extends your priesthood to others, like me, that would never know you. My wife has been persecuted for years in a "Catholic" school for refusing to teach contracpetion to children as young as 12! As a family we have moved where we attend Mass because of the litrugical abuses in the Novus Ordo and the homilies that were better never said. Your dedication to the Catholic faith and submission to the magisterium of the Church is exemplary and encourages us. Thank you, father. Please remember us in your prayers.

This photo reminds me (albeit in extreme form) of what lovers of the Old Mass were subjected to in the wake of Bugnini's 'reforms.'

However, whereas you, with pastoral solicitude, make available an array of choices so as not to discomfort your parishioners too much (and I'm sure it's only a vocal minority who are such ingrates as to stir up trouble), no such provision was made to those whose whole spirituality was built on the Mass of Ages.

They were the ones who could truly say 'I will not be driven from the Church' (except, of course, for the many who were...)

Good response to venomous hate of your persecutors. Keep up the good work Father. I learned of your persecution (and blog) from Fr. Z. at "What does the prayer really say?" You remain in my prayers.
