FIUV Mass 10 November at San Gregorio

Another old rite Mass in St Peter's and later issued a correction. The press release below clarifies the matter. (FIUV - International Federation Una Voce)

For FIUV delegates attending the General Assembly in Rome.

On Saturday 10th November at 10.00 a.m. Fr Joseph Kramer, FSSP superior in Rome, will celebrate Mass for the delegates at the FSSP church of San Gregorio del Muratori. Full details of this church and its location can be found on the website.

On Sunday 11th November, His Excellency Archbishop Luigi De Magistris will celebrate Mass at 9.30 a.m. at the Church of Gesu e Maria, Via del Corso, 45, Rome, Italy. This is at the end of the Corso near the Piazza d. Popolo. Refer to [link to my travel guide.]

These arrangements have been put in place especially for our FIUV delegates so I would ask everyone, if they can, to please attend both these Masses if you are in Rome at these times.

The International Federation Una Voce was offered the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament in the Basilica of St Peter on Saturday 10th November but at 4.00 p.m. We could only have this time in the afternoon because Cardinal Bertone will be celebrating a Mass in the morning for various confraternities and security measures will be in place. Unfortunately, it is not possible, in the circumstances, to make any other arrangement. Nevertheless, we are grateful to Archbishop Comastri, the Archpriest of the Basilica, for trying to accommodate our request.
