I received today the new booklet from the Catholic Truth Society "Prayer Book for Spouses" to which I contributed in a small way. I am impressed by the range of prayers and reflections that the editors have managed to gather together. The section headings give some idea:- Prayer of Engaged Couples

- Open to Life Together
- Prayers of a Married Couple
- Prayers for your Children
- Prayers for your Family
- Some Favourite Prayers

Can you post a prayer from "Prayer Book for Spouses," or direct us to a site that lets readers sample a page or two? I am wondering if they are traditional prayers or more modern compositions?
The book is 62 pages and has a variety of texts. Most of the set prayers are modern compositions, I think. There are also scriptural quotations and prayers from the liturgical books.
