Sacramentum Caritatis - translation corrected

Fr John Zuhlsdorf has drawn attention to the mistranslation of the Holy Father's Apolsotlic Exhortation Sacramentum Caritatis in various posts - see the latest, Who's guarding the guards?. If you follow the link to SC above, you will see that in n.62, it now says:
I wish to endorse the proposal made by the Synod of Bishops, in harmony with the directives of the Second Vatican Council, (182) that, with the exception of the readings, the homily and the prayer of the faithful, it is fitting that such liturgies be celebrated in Latin.
The previous version had "such liturgies could be celebrated in Latin" which is not quite the same thing.

Fr John's observations on the official text are pertinent and need to be addressed.
