On the Fr Bede page, there are also some excellent short catechetical pieces. I also take the liberty of posting here the photograph of himself he has chosen for the parish website. From the combox, I know the consolation that such pictures bring to the laity.
I don't know. I'm beginning to feel a bit of a trendy liberal with my stock photograph. Maybe I should get the Mulier Fortis to take one of me in a biretta or something.

I'd be glad to see you in a miter.
I agree that your photo is definitely a tad "liberal" in appearance... how about a photo of you threatening your congregation with hellfire and brimstone? No?? Pity!
Ok, biretta, cassock and buckled shoes...?
;-)
Too much lace!
A cassock might do, too! But think of this - you're smiling in your photo. Solemn is all well and good, but it wouldn't hurt for people to just beam a little, right? It doesn't have to be anything manic....
That chausible is stunning.
Man...
I think a 'Men in Black' style pose Fr is in order. Similar to Fr Stephen's poster but as all the priests pictured there are in their 20's and 30's you'd be a bit like the God Father figure Father,
(hmmm - figure that one out!).
Black suit and shirt, white collar and shades. Black shoes please - not red. The pose can be a tad 'disconcerting', that special 'look', kind of John Pridmore touch perhaps.
'That'll keep 'em all on the straight and narrow Guv'.
Puella, I've seen Fr Tim smile. He's not smiling in that photo, it's more of a gritted teeth expression. Or maybe he had toothache!
;-)

Certainly not too much lace!!! The last time they said that, they called a council and ruined the church!!!
Only joking :o)
