Jubilee Mass - quick post

It is quite late so this is just a quick post with a couple of photos from the Jubilee Mass this evening. The sanctuary was full with clerics and chierichetti:

The Church was full of family, friends and parishioners:

And the party afterwards was superb. Many thanks to all those who came and all those who organised and helped. God bless you.

More tomorrow...

Father Tim,

Many congratulations on your Jubilee - I look forward to seeing the full report as I was unable in the event to commit to attending; I also happened to be in London on the day before your blognic so missed out on that too. Living in the provinces can occasionally be frustrating! Never mind, there will be other occasions.

However (and I am sure you know this), whilst browsing the St Pauls shop next to Westminster Cathedral, I noticed that you are referenced in a CTS booklet about the usus antiquior, so worldwide fame is not far away.

Best regards to you and to all I remember at Blackfen.

I have never felt such a feeling of the presence of God as I did at this Jubilee Mass. So many Holy priests, such magnificent singing. I am sure this is the nearest to heaven you will ever get in this life.
The company and food at the reception were amazing too.
Thank you Father for allowing us to share this precious moment with you.

Congratulations on your jubilee, Father Tim. I had intended to come but am still nursing a virus which stopped me attending the blognic last week. Ad multos annos in your Blackfen ministry (or indeed elsewhere).

ad multos annos, Padre.

May Our Lady, Queen of the Clergy and Mother of Priests, along with St. John Vianney, patron of priests, intercede continuously for you before the throne of Christ the High Priest. God grant you many years.

Hope to see you in Rome January 2010 for the ACCC & CCC meeting celebrating the Year for Priests. My best to Fr. Z.
