You can now read the transcript of the David Quinn and Richard Dawkins debate chaired by Ryan Turbidy on RTE Radio in Dublin. It is obviously constrained by the limits of a live radio show but is interesting nonetheless in that David Quinn comes out of it very well.

Thanks for the link Father.
'Tis a shame that Quinn didn't nail Dawkins on the issue of free-will. Which Dawkins constantly evaded.
Without freewill the whole argument about the evil that religion has, allegedly, caused collapses. How can an act be evil if our actions are pre-determined by our material make-up, our genes?
My favourite chuckle was reserved for Dawkins appeal to 'the evidence'. For materialist-determinists to appeal to evidence, i.e. reason, is self-contradition,as they deny the very existence of immaterial things such as reason!!!
Today the BBC World radio again flaunted its extreme anti Christian bias. They took up the tragic story of the misled man in USA who refused medical aid for his daughter and instead prayed for her. Owen Bennet Jones misquoted 1st letter St John, chapt 5, vs 14,"And this is the confidence we have.., that whatsoever we shall ask according to His will, He heareth us"; but left out 'according to His will'.He then proceeded to say the Bible was false. The Pentecostalist he had set up answered well in the circumstances.
The BBC make such twats of themselves in their urge to put down Christianity. Would they allow an honest debate....?
