Summorum Pontificum embargo
Gerald Augustinus has a sensible post regarding the embargo on the Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum.
Here is a link to the text of the notice to journalists. The text will be available to accredited journalists at 9am and embargoed until 12noon. I think it is right for bloggers to respect that. (And I'm not publishing comments drawing attention to the blog that has leaked bits of it.)
There is also a special announcement today from the Vatican Information Service:

There is also a special announcement today from the Vatican Information Service:
VATICAN CITY, JUL 6, 2007 (VIS) - Tomorrow, Saturday July 7, the Vatican Information service will transmit a special service for the publication of the Apostolic Letter "Motu Proprio data" of His Holiness Benedict XVI, "Summorum Pontificum," concerning the use of the pre-1970 Roman liturgy. The document will be accompanied by an explanatory Letter from the Holy Father. It is exceptional for the VIS to publish on a Saturday - this reflects the importance of this document and the wide public interest in it. 12noon tomorrow will be a severe test for the Vatican servers!
