The geocentric bible

A friend tells me of a fascinating site dedicated to Cabotia (the real name for America, apparently) and a stationary earth. As they say, "the Holy Bible is a GEOCENTRIC Bible." All the evidence is there to disprove great celestial cover-up. They demolish the Encyclopaedia Brittanica and Foucault's pendulum. The clincher is that Foucault was patronised by Napoleon and all the Bonapartes were Jesuits.

In case you are in any doubt, it is all in holy writ:
The LORD (JESUS) reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished (stabilized), that it CANNOT BE MOVED." (Psalm 93:1)
There is quite a lot more complete madness on the Wonders Page.

Thanks for posting that link, Fr Tim. This site has provided hours of entertainment for me for years and attained a legendary status amongst certain former members of Cambridge Catholic Chaplaincy for its incredibly detailed analysis of complete and utter nonsense. My personal favourite entry was sadly removed some time ago as I think it was too loopy even for them. It described how the Vatican was sending Saddam Hussain to fly over America on a magic carpet sprinkling smallpox dust in order to make people get vaccinated so that they would believe in evolution so that they would go to Hell (click, click, whirrr, does not compute...). My question was that even if this was somehow a logical chain of events, why a *magic carpet*? Does anyone in America believe in magic carpets?

My favourite was the breathtaking revelation that Darwin was a Jesuit who made people believe that they were descended from apes so that they would burn in hell. The friend who shared this site with me used to describe it as the website you look at if you are ever in doubt about the intellectual credibility of the Catholic Faith.
