Fr Richard Aladics, a priest of the Leeds diocese, recently started Friends with Christ. He tells of a building that is now vacant which he would love to secure as a centre for evangelisation: it used to be a Marie Stopes abortion clinic. (Sadly, Marie Stopes has moved to bigger premises - prayer vigils are held outside there now.)
Any rich Catholics out there who want to get to heaven more easily? Get in touch with Fr Aladics pronto!
H/T to Matt Doyle. Say a prayer for Matt & Wendy as they are expecting their first baby in 48 days, 1 hour, 7 minutes and 47 seconds ... no, 46, no... (see the counter in the sidebar!)

Keep up the good work Fr Tim - one day I will learnm how to use all the facilities of blogger.
You know, I always thought that my blog would have received suitable recognition the day that Fr. Tim Finigan linked to it! God bless you father and remember me in your (latin) prayers!!!
Oh, Matt, too much, too much! Sorry I had not put you on the blogroll before. You and your wife are very much in my prayers at this time - what a wonderful thing it must be to be expecting your first child. Will you be arranging the Baptism at the Birmingham Oratory?
Fr Paul - I'll link to your blog. Great to see you in the blogosphere :-)
